Lady Gaga, the famous singer/actress that was in A Star is Born, made a splash at the Oscars on February 24th, 2019 with the 128.54 carat diamond necklace. The necklace called the Tiffany diamond, has only been worn publicly 2 other times.  The first to wear it was socialite Mrs. Sheldon Whitehouse in 1957 and then Audrey Hepburn with the promo pics of Breakfast at Tiffany's.  Lady Gaga wore it elegantly with a black sleeveless dress and long gloves with a sweeping updo of her hair.  The necklace made quite a statement and this jeweler was thrilled that Ms. Gaga realizes that big is better!
