Shipping policy

SHIPPING - When shipping with us, we provide FREE shipping on all orders over $500.00 that are domestic.  International shipping is determined on an individual basis and you should email diamondbrokeraustin@gmail.com so this can be determined.  We have a 14 day return policy and return shipping is provided by the buyer.

All in-stock pieces will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. If the piece is custom or made-to-order, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. You will be notified an approximate ETA for all orders. 

REFUNDS - All products, with the exception of custom orders, come with a minimum, unconditional 14 day guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact us and request a full refund of your purchase price. Longer conditional guarantees may apply, please contact us with any questions.  Item(s) should be returned in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear.  Your satisfaction is our primary goal!
