Five Star Jewelry approaches the custom design process in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We are able to meet face to face at our jewelry design office or we can even do a Zoom meeting if that is more convenient and a confident way to keep you safe.
To create a well constructed and visibly beautiful jewelry item it takes a great design, knowledge, experience, and talent about jewelry manufacturing. This is what we do and have been doing for over 20 years!
In the first initial meeting, we will explore together the options for the design or you may already know exactly what you want the finished product to look like. We have a huge inventory to work from in which we can show you different details that you have to choose from. From diamond and gemstone sourcing, gemstone and diamond selection, superior CAD designing, mold making, casting, finishing and gemstone setting, we are masters at it all. These are all the skills that are necessary for you to come out with an amazing jewelry creation!
The next step is for us to create a rendering or a CAD design to show you from all the information that you have communicated. This will typically take 2 to 7 days depending on the complexity of the design. You will have a chance to make changes in the CAD design before your jewelry is made.
You also are able to choose your gemstones or diamonds, the precious metal type, the size and shape of your dream jewelry. An exact estimate will be given to you and a deposit will be required at that time. The deposit can be paid with cash, check, or Venmo. (Since this is a custom orders and made exclusively for you, there is no refunds on the deposit). The final jewelry item will typically take two to three weeks to deliver after the CAD is approved.
